Logistics / Order Process

Q. Where are your materials located?
A. We warehouse materials throughout the UK and Europe.

Q. Who are your Carriers?
A. We use various carriers depending on destination and delivery lots. We aim to provide a high quality logistics service at the lowest possible cost and will use members of pallet networks and independent logistics companies to achieve this.  

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver goods worldwide but prices quoted on the website include standard delivery to UK addresses (mainland only). Please email or call us for quotations to other destinations.

Q. When do you normally deliver?
A. Our normal delivery times are 8.00-17.00 Mon-Fri, but special agreements can be made.

Q. Can I specify a delivery time or special requirement?
A. If you require us to deliver at a particular time, please enter your delivery requirements on the order confirmation page. Although we cannot guarantee an exact date or time, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please note that if you require a timed delivery a surcharge for the UK delivery may apply as follows:

Delivery by 1000 hrs £15
Delivery by 1200 hrs £10
Timed booking £25
Booked window (min 3 hrs) £15

Q. What are your minimum order quantities?

A. Masterbatches and additives – 25 KG
    Engineering Polymers – 100 KG (or as advertised)
    Commodity Polymers – 1000 KG

Q. How do I know when my order is Confirmed?
A. We have a 2-stage Order Confirmation process.

Stage 1. After you place your order with us we will automatically send you an acknowledgement receipt by email.

Stage 2. Our system will then check the stock availability for you as quickly as possible and send you a Final Order Confirmation with your actual delivery schedule. Orders cannot normally be cancelled at this point as goods may already be in transit.

Q. Can I check on the progress of my delivery if I want to?

A. Yes. You can email or phone our logistics department directly and enquire on the status of your delivery at any time during normal office hours.

Q. Do you offer on-line order tracking?
A. Not yet but we intend to do so in the future.

Product Information

Q. I don’t see the grade of material I am looking for – will you be adding more product lines?

A. Yes. We have started with a limited range of popular grades but we will be adding more products all the time so please keep checking on our site to see the latest additions. You can help us by telling us what products you would like to buy – just email us your requirements.

Q. Where do your own brand products originate?
A. We have access to a wide range of virgin materials from leading European polymer manufacturers and compounders. By offering them as products we are able to ensure they can be priced competitively for our customers. We will also offer 2nd grade materials from time to time, but these will be clearly marked as such and priced accordingly.

Q. What Packaging do you use?
A. Usually 25 kg bags. Some commodities are available in Octobins – please enquire for further details. Occasionally some grades are repackaged from bulk and supplied in plain bags but always with original manufacturers identification labels.

Additional Discounts

Q. When are these available?

A. From time to time we will run promotions on particular products. We may also offer regular customers additional discounts on some products. When these apply we will issue you with a Coupon number to enter with your order details.


Q. What payment options do I have?

A.We can offer Account status to you if approved by our Credit Insurer. Our standard payment terms are 30 days following month of invoice.

Payments should be made by BACS transfer.
